Entries are invited from bakers working in bakeries, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and cafés, although there will also be a separate home bakers category. Judging will be on appearance taste and ingredients used. The organisers say they are supporting the Real Bread Campaign and will give special recognition to breads baked without artificial additives and using great ingredients.
